how can you change date & time?

hello guys, hope all is well. today we will learn how we can able to change date & time for windows operating system.

there are three ways to do it. for example 1. from bios, 2. from task bar, 3. from control panel.

i describe all three step for you. so, don't worry. ok let's start.

1. from bios

i'm use award modular normal bios. when you puss power on switch your pc. a black screen will be appear. you show below type screen.

press for entering the bios setup. bios main page will be appear.

select standard cmos features and press enter key. standard cmos features will be appear.

now select month & press page up key button for previous month or press page down key button for next month or you can press numeric figure as you like (example: if press 12 digit, the month will be dec). so, select numeric or page up/page down for changing the month which you want.

now select date & press page up key button for previous date or press page down key button for next date or you can press numeric figure as you like (example: if press 25 digit, the date will be 25). so, select numeric or page up/page down for changing the date which you want.

now select year & press page up key button for previous year or press page down key button for next year or you can press numeric figure as you like (example: if press 2012 digit, the year will be 2012). so, select numeric or page up/page down for changing the year which you want.

now select hour & press page up key button for previous hour or press page down key button for next hour or you can press numeric figure as you like (example: if press 23 digit, the hour will be 23). so, select numeric or page up/page down for changing the hour which you want.

now select minute & press page up key button for previous minute or press page down key button for next minute or you can press numeric figure as you like (example: if press 51 digit, the minute will be 51). so, select numeric or page up/page down for changing the minute which you want.

now select second & press page up key button for previous second or press page down key button for next second or you can press numeric figure as you like (example: if press 15 digit, the second will be 15). so, select numeric or page up/page down for changing the second which you want.

all are done. press esc (escape) key for exit standard cmos features. bios main page will be appear. now select save & exit setup & press enter key. 

save to cmos and exit (y/n)? y will be appear. 

press y for save it & press enter.

2. from task bar

you see cock in your pc at the right side of task bar. double click this clock. date & time properties window appears. here you change date & time then click apply & ok.

3. from control panel

click start > control panel

control panel window appears.  double click date & time.

date & time properties window appears. 

here you change date & time then click apply & ok. thanks & enjoy.
